This is the worst managed chase bank. Go to another branch! They don't answer their phones, drive through is the longest ever, and when you go inside there is a huge line with 1 teller. Despite this branch being the closest to my home....i drive past it to do business at another branch.
walked in today for deposit, two friendly tellers at the front, line went fast can't complain, will keep coming to this branch for sure.
I wanted to deposit $40 in my son's account. Bank refused to accept cash because I was not on account. Said they would take check or money order.
Been with this bank before they were Chase. I love my bank
This branch is closest to my home yet I often choose another branch due to waiting forever in the drive-thru and inside, everytime there's only 1 teller working BOTH inside and drive-thru! I did give 3 star's because the 1 teller is always nice and friendly!
