Been going to the Superplay location for years. Great staff of people. Like family there. Managers are very hands on and I think that’s part of what makes the place so good ! And you can’t beat the deals on food. Especially if you have the MVP card.
Decent food, for the most part: I had an excellent Shrimp Cobb Salad...but the kitchen was "in the weeds". We were a large group but the wait for food was longer than necessary. In the end, the restaurant comped all food, which was very nice of them.
I had recently stopped eating at Duffy's because of their service. The food is decent however their servers aren't so much. When you order wings you'll never get sauce so ask for some on the side. I even enjoyed the hostess. The serves did not greet us until I walked up to someone behind the bar and ask for a server. We waited 15 minutes for someone to offer us drinks. The server claimed he had 9 tables which was a lot but as a paying customer that's not my problem. This wasn't the first time. I have officially given up on Duffy's due to their poor service. It was great until about a year ago when they renovated the place. New look with new terrible service. Advice...Hire the old staff back.
Not only did she take care of everything our party needed but went above and beyond to keep drinks flowing and food coming to the table.
Came to Duffy's for a company gathering with a large party (25-30 people). Ashlee, our server was the textbook definition of customer service; with everyone ordering drinks, appetizers and entres at different times, she never missed a beat and everyone's drink stayed full, no request was too small.
NEW REVIEW!.. I’ve been to this Duffy’s plenty of times and it’s a hit or miss but tonight was worse than my last review. The burger was so chewy i gave it to my dog which was supposed to be a bacon cheese burger and they gave us a regular burger.. when I dine in the food is pretty good but service sucks our last waitress was sitting in the back for at least 20 mins before even getting our drink order. I’m just surprised that how busy they are hat the service and food isn’t hat great and they mess up our Togo order every time but it has improved since the last time my order was messed up.... and the kids Mac n cheese is definitely the boxed kraft Mac n cheese that they charge $3 more to have it as a side which is triple the store price. Idk that’s crazy
Without a doubt, Ashlee was a top notch host and I hope I have the pleasure to have her wait on us next time.
