The lender Santander is horrid as well. I did not know that going into it. They charge you for every single payment you make, no matter which way you try to pay: phone, on-line (but the site never worked) or in person (to one of those dingy cash advance places).
Never again will I go to this dealership!! They keep calling everyday for 3 weeks bc they keep finding paperwork I need to sign. I've signed everything the first time I got the car, had to go back and resign paperwork bc they didn't have the gap paper signed, even though I didn't want the gap insurance, they tried to insist it's required by the lender, which was a flat out lie. They just want to charge the $895 plus interest... add gap to your insurance if you want it for $15 for 6 months. Not only have they been calling everyday, my car did not have a spare tire. They told me the my ordered it. Every time they called about the paperwork, I asked about the spare and they keep saying they ordered it and I'd get it on Tuesday. Well, go figure I have to go sign more paperwork, but they said there is no spare tire, that the car didn't come with one. Really? Is that why they lied to me for 3 weeks saying they ordered one? Why not just tell the truth! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!! Or you just end up going back every week to sign some random paperwork. And did I mention they needed both my boyfriend and my signature but said that since he was only a co-signer, I could forge his initials/signature. Yeah, no thanks, that sounds shady.

I cannot believe I just purchased a 2004 Honda Odyssey from Mauricio in practically MINT condition! This van was very well maintained by the previous owner and I cannot believe the millage is under 120,000!!! That's unheard of for a Honda of that age! the best part was the price! The service and honesty that I found at Better Cars and Trucks was outstanding! I have dealt with other used car shops where the online price is not the same as the financed price. Well, I didn't quite have enough to pay the online price cash out the door, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that what I financed, was the remaining balance of the online price! (Plus taxes and fees of course!) I would 100% recommend anyone who's looking for a good quality vehicle to take their time to go visit Mike or Mauricio! I drove down all the way from Melbourne, FL just to see what these guys were all about. I will be a customer for life! If I ever need another car, I will be sure to go back to see Mauricio!
