I got home and realized that the driver's mat and area around it were not vacuumed. They usually put them in a machine to clean. not done. I had to clean the mat and area and then clean the leftover bug splats on the front. I have been using this place for years and considered it the best.
I went back to have Some touch up on my truck and they did everything I asked them to do. Frank was great and really valued my opinion. Great business. Thanks again!
Unfortunately, this was the first and last time I will get a vehicle detailed here. I was very hopeful of a nice job well done when they quoted me $175.00 for a "full detail" on my 2003 Taurus. He said it would include buffing and a hand wax. When I returned 2-1/2 hours later they were just finishing it up. It looked like they had several full detail cars they were working on. This car has 45k miles on it, and is well taken care of. When I returned, I found some spots on the outside that would have clearly been removed with buffing. When I brought their attention to it, they ran over with some polish and removed the surface marks. That made me question whether or not they did the buffing at all. I also pointed out a mark on the back seat that was overlooked, but easily removed after I pointed it out. Then there was the area around the fuel door that was down right dirty. This was the only area I pointed out to the detailer before I left the car, because I really wanted it cleaned. When I returned, I could still see grime around the gas door. I opened the gas door, it was untouched. So they spent another few minutes trying to clean that. Then I got home to find out that the engine compartment wasn't done. I called and they said the detailer doesn't normally do that unless you tell them you want it done. By the way, it is $20 more dollars! WOW! Yes I was disappointed. The exterior was clean and waxed other than the areas I pointed out. Still not sure if they buffed it. The interior was clean and treated except for the mark on the seat that I showed them. I will stick with just the car washes here. Normally they do a nice job with that.
Blink an eye at the damage. He said, well the car is old it should have never been put thru the wash. I asked if they could do anything, he said nope and walked away. No offer for a refund, nothing. I've always had a good experience here. They do an excellent job and the people that work there are very nice and good at what they do
customer service and empathy for their customers. They have such an attitude. Believe me the word about their poor service will get around. I will be spreading the word!!!
I watched while the guy brushing the tires, only did 3/4th of the tire. He did this on 3 cars in a row. I pointed this out to the guy and the girl from the register, and she tried to tell me that the next guy would brush the rest of the tire. I watched the other guy forward do the same thing. If they are going to use a brush on the tire, do the whole tire.
Brought my mothers 2000 Grand Marquis to be washed. They sent the car through the wash. The side panel of the car fell off and they threw the panel in the backseat. Once home, I realized the black cloth roof was peeling off the car. I took the car back. The owner did not even
