they charged me for a repair on my ac unit in which the parts were under warranty I contacted ruud and they told the parts are under warranty. I have tried contacting these people by email and they will not reply. so I guess they don't care about their csi
I just had both Ronny and Nick come to my home yesterday, and it turned out that it was my lucky day. Both knew their business, were professional, and cleaned up well after their work was complete. Ronny installed a chandelier onto a 12 foot ceiling and ensured that he got it at the right height. Nick installed a Nest thermostat for me, hooked it up to my cooling system and to my internet. Thank you to Ronny and Nick for jobs well done!
Just a great place to buy a new a/c
We purchased and had a unit installed by this company months ago and still do not have consistent cool air in our home. We have had multiple techs out who have all had a different answer as to what is wrong. We have agreed to every single suggestion all the way to replacing duct work. Our house is only cool late at nigjt and by noon it is and stay at 80 degrees despite what the thermostat is set on. By 11 at night, the temp is finally down. Our unit runs all the time and the house is never cool during the day to below 80 unless it happens to be cool outside. We even had one tech from the company who said they put the wrong size unit in and I feel this may be the case since they have checked everything possible. I have taken time stamped pics to prove what is happening. I am so tired of calling this place and waiting for techs to come only to find out they did not even schedule the visit. We want a resolution to this problem. No more run around! We are prepared to seek legal action at this point. Just plain sick and tired of being jerked around.
Got charged $170 for an easy 10 minute job. Gerri was very rude on the phone talking over me, outright lying. I only recommend this business if you prefer terrible customer service, dishonesty and being ripped off.
