I just have to say that I will never step a foot in that store ever again. During the preparation for Irma I bought extra screws to secure my home. I had a whole box extra went to return it, didn't touch it, sealed as they sold it to me , try to return it and was told that the item wasn't returnable because was a hurricane item, asked for manager and told me the same, not helpful at all. Now I have an extra box of crews I will never need worth twenty something bucks. Never ever again Ace Hardware will get a penny from and for that manager being so nasty, none Ace Hardware would ever have my business
The guy at the key cutting counter is horrible. Not very intelligent. Told me they didn't have my key. Looked confused the whole time. Then I told him I have my keys to be cut he looked even more confused and then stated they wouldn't cut it. Good job on losing money.
Great for getting items in the spur of the moment.. they have most everything you need , not a big assortment but they have something to do the job..price is right. And always greater cheerfully..

Amazing customer service!! You'll never want to go back to the big box stores again. They have lots of miscellaneous parts you can't find anywhere else in town. I love the isle with all the little drawers of nuts, bolts, and gaskets of every size you can imagine. It's like a candy store for people who need to get things done!
