My $20,000 5 day job wound up taking over 30 days with poor results. My home was left in disarray and filth as they fumbled to finish the job. In the process, damage was done to trim, doors, furniture, etc. This is a very poorly run business, and any positive reviews you see are actually written by store employees. Salesmen are commission based, and only care about the $$. Installers are not employees, but contractors who really don't care about customers at all.
