Took 4 days to do something I could have done. Not to mention the price, which was ridiculous. If I could post a picture I would.
An excellent place, I frequently come. It's a relatively cheap price and located in a nice area.
The garment clearly states that it can be dry cleaned, yet they want you to sign a paper, that does not hold them responsible for any damages the clothing might incur in their care. This should be a simple process, you drop, pay, and then pickup. They obviously don't know anything about dry cleaning and you leave in fear of not knowing what will happen to your clothes. Don't bother taking your business here, it's nothing but a wash and fold, not a dry cleaning!!! I repeat not an actual dry cleaning.
Called them Thursday before 2pm, to see if they'd be able to have my clothes cleaned and available on Saturday. They said that they could not have my clothes available until after 5pm on Wednesday. So, they need my clothes for a full week to clean them. I don't know how this is acceptable to anyone.
Was super nice and service was quick. I just love living here.
