Excellent service from the field technicians as well as the customer service people. Competitive rates with neighboring utilities. And the water taste good too.
I have always been able to get right through to customer service on the phone.
Customer service is great, they all have been friendly, efficient and helpful. The rates are outrageous and while it tastes ok, I buy bottled water because I don't want my kids drinking fluoridated water that leaves black slime on faucets.

Im selling my home...in north palm beach my bill was 40 -50 /month...not 110 - 130 !!! ...i use the same amount of water now as i did then.
Business does not answer the phone. I called four times over the course of three days. I waited a minimum of twenty minutes each time. The only way to resolve any issue is to actually go down physically to the building. There is a recording that assures you that your call is important to them and then it cycles to telling me about the dog park. This will continue until you decide to hang up. Please instruct staff members to answer calls during normal business hours or remove the phone contact option completely.
I agree with the others...legalized robbery.
Its so ridiculous to charge people over a hundred dollars a month for barely any water use. I cant imagine how a mid size family can even live here.
