Called because they said 30 min 2 hours later manager said he is about to own in 2 weeks refused to send pizza he is a fat lazy slob
Placed an order for delivery, was told 45min(no problem, that's normally time, right?!) Waited over 2 hours for a delivery I never received! I called an hour and half into thr wait and was told it was on the way, asked for a manger and was told he (Adam-manager)was the driver. Waited another 30min from the time i called to check for the delivery. I questioned that he was Adam (manager) and he 'was. Questioned why I had to wait 2 hours for my order just to get the response , 'it happens' . I then requested for more corp info and head manager of location and he (adam-manager-driver) said there was no one over him and that he would be full owner of location in 1 week...got back in the delivery car with my order! And left. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not let this slide! Will not use this location again!
Ordered pizza and 2L soda one afternoon. Delivery guy forgot the soda but promised me a Credit on a future soda. I tipped him generously anyway, and called the guy on the register to confirm the soda credit, which he did. A week later, I order a pizza in the evening and mention the soda they owe me. Turns out it was never credited to my phone number, and the guy wouldn't even bother to ask the afternoon crew about it, just said if it wasn't recorded, then it must not have happened, basically calling me a liar. The guy didn't apologize or try to smooth things over when I picked my pizza up, just took my money. I'm not sure if I'll go back.
