So much better than a commercial petsmart type grooming. They are professional but more caring and my dog's always look great.
My dog Hazel, has been getting groomed by them for over 7 years. We always receive outstanding customer service. When Hazel gets home, she is all smiles and shows off her new haircut. Service is so great, our grand dogs go there too!
Last Saturday ( 5/6/17) I took my 14 year old Golden Retriever "Savannah" to be groomed. The grooming usually takes 3 hours. After an hour, I received a call saying Ricardo could not complete the grooming because my baby girl could not stand. When I went to get her, she was on the floor, panting, tongue hanging out, and had lost control of her bowels. Ricardo and his staff were EXCELLENT.... I knew I needed to put her down immediately. The staff gently placed Savannah in my car. My normal vet was not around so Ricardo's staff member called the vet where Ricardo's wife works...They said to bring her right over..... I cannot say enough about this Place...They are wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..... Savannah passed peacefully... You always took great care of her
I brought my pug Penny Lane here for her to be shaved and groomed. The crew at Pets Place is wonderful! Jamie was very attentive to my needs and made sure that my pup got everything that she needed by the groomer. The shop is very clean and they are very prompt with the services. I will definitely be bringing Penny back! Thanks guys for the wonderful service.
