Complete scam, I was told it would only cost me $125 to get my car out but they failed to tell me that the office was closed the same exact evening which was Sunday so when I came to pick up my car at 8am the next morning when I could actually get ahold of a person in the office, my bill was $287 with all kinds of extra fees tacked on. They put on my invoice that the vehicle was there 2 days but in all actuality it was only there for 16 hrs. And it looked like my car had been rummaged through and everything was all a mess.
They impounded my daughters car but they were so polite and professional. Their drivers are so nice it makes it hard to get mad at them. If I have to pay for my own car again I hope it's Towmasters that tows it. They even left the money I had in my car in the glovebox. Very good company.
Terrible customer service, I will never use this company again.
COMPLETELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I HAD MY 2005 MERCEDES BENZ TOWED ON 10/2/14 BECAUSE IT WAS STUCK IN NEUTRAL. THE TOWER TRIED RELENTLESSLY TO GET MY CAR OUT OF PARK AND INTO NEUTRAL AND ENDED UP CRACKING THE CASING AROUND MY GEAR SHIFT AND ALSO CAUSED MY EMBLEM IN THE FRONT OF MY CAR TO COME OFF. WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH WILLIE HE WAS TOTALLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL REGARDING MY SITUATION. NEEDLESS TO SAY, A LAWSUIT IN ON THE WAY!!!!!
