calling for 3 days, over 5 times per hour. either its busy or they pick up and hang up. absolutely ridiculous.
No one ever picks up the phone. They aren't dry helpful in person either to be honest. Attitudes, and they didn't know which number box belonged to my home so I wasn't able to get my mail for at least 3 weeks. So ridiculous.
Is it in their rule book that the must be rude?! Stepped in to help a elderly woman with mailing a package after the employee told her it wasn't her job then called the next person up.
im on the phone with them right now and by on the phone with them i mean they picked up the phone and just put the phone down. impossible to talk to anyone here. i can hear their conversations, is this customer service? everytime i call its a busy signal now its just noone there. unreal.
I know that the post office is cutting back on employees to save s buck . The line was out the door people with packages they had one person at the counter, when I was the third person on line a second person open up to help customers. That's awful service
