I come here on a daily basis as well as my boyfriend and almost always have wonderful service. However, today was absolutely terrible. I ordered two venti drinks and they gave me one grande, which wasn't the biggest deal because I asked them to fix it. The female making the drinks argued the fact that they were both venti and then when it was pointed out she was wrong told the drive-thru employee to "just pour it in a venti cup". It was also supposed to be children's temperature, and when I asked the drive-thru employee if it was, he blatantly lied as well. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. The coffee here is not cheap and the blatant disrespect today was sickening. Second guessing my suggestions to others and money that has been spent here.
Great Starbucks. Friendly staff that go the extra mile. I ordered a drink that was out of stock and they offered me any drink of my choice at no cost.
They could add some comfortable furniture. Very Spartan ambiance. I only do drive through bc of this.
After reading other people having the same issue with customer service- and with nothing being done- I've changed my 4 star to a 1.

Great drinks, however I read online about how the baristas hate people for asking something from the "secret menu", I understand they don't know how to make it (which is why the customers provide the recipe) but the attitude towards the customers for wanting to trying something new is just very poor. I don't want to name the person specifically, as I'm sure she doesn't truly mean harm, but just a talk to the employees about their attitude would be more than enough. Thank you!
