I have had my car fixed there on a couple different occasions for a few different things. Both times have been a good experience; they work quick and are honest which is usually hard to find these days! Highly recommend!
I have always been wary of "fix it shops", due to so many rip off places. I read the reviews on this auto repair shop near my home, so I called them. They were very helpful on the phone, prices are so much better than the service department at car dealers, and so efficient with their service, rapid turn around on repairs. I just returned today for a second visit for a drive belt on my Hybrid Toyota Prius. They were finished and called me before early afternoon for pick-up. I can't brag this place up enough, as they are just wonderful to do business with! Very honest with class and integrity. I plan to bring my Pontiac Solstice for servicing when needed. I am very possessive with my Turbo boost sports car and don't let just anybody fix it. Thank you Four Points for bringing my trust back to auto shops! You are the BEST!
I highly recommend 4 point auto repair! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they are very nice as well. I walked in and started to explain the problem I was having and right away they knew what the problem was and they quoted me a price and it didn’t change, I was given a time frame and it didn’t change. Work was done right and timely. When I went to pick up my vehicle they took me to the garage and explained to me exactly what they had done and showed me the parts they replaced. Honestly, what more could you ask from a repair shop? Great job!! A++++
