Very satisfied! What took the dealer 8 days to repair last time, was done in 1. I went in, a fair price was agreed on with the high testosterone, and very personable gent behind the counter. Factory parts were ordered, and I dropped my truck off next morning. The repairs were completed that afternoon, as promised. The shop was very clean and organized, and had all modern and updated equipment. I'll be back. Thank you guys.

Be careful bringing your car to this place... specially if you are a woman you could be a target for a dishonest scheme. A fraud in this line of business is a common practice!

If you want an HONEST PROFESSIONAL try searching for another place!

I’ve never trusted the car repair industry until Mike and his team began servicing my cars. They are honest and skip the ‘upsell’ which instead generates long term loyalty with people like me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been driving for 50+ years. I have only had 1 other repair shop that I trust and is as competent as Mike and the boys.

I've enjoyed having Collector Car/Trucks for the past five years in Northern Virginia. I bounced from shop to shop, trying to find a shop that knew how to fix and "modernize" my toys. Sometimes feeling like the techs were learning how to do a given job on my car or truck. Luckily enough, I finally found a great shop in my local area (reasonably priced) that really addressed and resolved problems on my 66 Mustang; that I'd lived with for four plus years. We're retiring in Tradition, FL and I brought my 55 Ford F-100 down to enjoy here before officially moving here. Shortly thereafter, it developed a serious fuel line "leak" (VA shop recently installed a new fuel tank and fuel lines before I brought it down) and a couple other small issues. A friend recommended Tradition Auto Repair for Quality/Reasonable work on Collector vehicles AND regular car/trucks. I was IMMEDIATELY impressed by their facility AND the Staff Member's attitudes and "voiced" knowledge. Mike (shop manager) immediately made me feel comfortable and I knew I'd found a shop that REALLY cared about my truck. They determined the fuel leak was caused by improperly installed fuel line fittings and also addressed a "fast" idle issue. Their price to fix these two repairs was VERY reasonable. I especially appreciated and enjoyed having my truck worked on by professionals (Joe, Jessie and Richard). I genuinely look forward to working with this gang - taking my toy to another level (coyote engine, trans, wiring etc). The notable item is that I NEVER entertained doing this kind of work on my truck for the three years I had it in VA. Why - because I didn't feel comfortable they would know how to do something like this. OR, would I be paying for them to "learn" how to do the job? Mike (Owner) and the rest of his team KNOW how to do this work!!!

No stars. I came to TAR for an oil change, and the high testosterone man behind the counter appeared angry (Mike). Even though I set an appointment and I was willing to wait a few minutes, he said it was going to be over an hour before service my car because they where busy working on another car (Honestly, he appeared annoyed to just provide with an oil change). Well, that was fine with me so I left my car there and ask him to call me when it was done. After about an hour and a half no one called so I called to find out if service was done, and he said "yes, you can pick it up"....When I got there, he told me that I needed to replace my brakes, and my brake's Pads were worn down.. He offered to work on my car immediately but I passed on that offer.. Them he said "I won't be surprised if you start to hear the high-pitched screeching sound produced when stopping your car". I assured him that I never hear a sound, but appreciated his warning. Based on this man's odd behavior and angry service I was not going to have anything else done in that place. So, I asked for my receipt to pay for service - Instead, he kept nagging about how "many people only replace Rotors not the Pads and it's the same thing as taking a shower with no soap" .... Yes, he said that, and kept agonizing about subject. I took a deep breath, thank him and kindly asked for my receipt again. A few days later, I consulted with two recommended mechanics and both told me my brakes where in excellent condition. Recently, had my tune up at Mike's Performance Garage (highly recommended) who also assured me that my brakes (specially Pads) where in excellent shape!.
