Had a very pleasant experience with this dentist. At first I was highly disappointed, I mean 3 root canals need and 2 prosthetic teeth? I was tempted to get a second opinions but my ObamaCare wouldn't allow that. I was a bit weary, the doctor had let me know my tooth decay was surely a direct result of my heavy methamphetamine consumption. There's no scientific evidence to back this up... but I digress. Anyway, I let the Doc know I needed extra whatever they were going to give me, as I take the Vietnamese version of anything they offer to their patients on a daily basis. Overall I was pleased, he's kind of lenient with his scripts and gave me several refills, what a pal. I'll definitely be coming back when the withdrawal gets bad.
Very friendly place. Clean facility. I had a route canal/crown replacement done. Everything was explained from start to finish. Very thorough and gentle process. I will continue to come here in the future.
worst place I had ever been to!!!!!!!! I went there (I think about a year or so) because of a toothache which ended up being a little bit of a chipped tooth, but according to the dr I needed the one pulled next to is as well. I was told I could either get a root canal or have them pulled . I decided to have it pulled and have a partial made in place of the tooth. Dr gave me the Novocain and then proceeded to pull the 2 teeth. I felt him pulling it and when i told him I could feel it he huffed and then told me i was being a baby!! couldn't believe it. I went back about a week later to get the partial and make sure it fits correctly and it did not. I asked the dr. to adjust it because it wasn't fitting correctly. He adjusted it and it still did not fit correctly so I said its still no fitting correctly, you could see a huge space between the gum an partial. The dr then told me I was lucky he wasn't very busy today because I am bothering him!! he proceeds to put the partial back in and then put some kind of gunk on it between my gum and the partial like he was covering up a open space so therefore you could see it all over my gum. I told him it is still not feeling right, (I did pay for this to be done) and he said he didn't know what to tell me I would have to deal with it, nothing he could do, but this included it being adjusted. I left and called the office to let them know what had happened and that I was very upset, she told me to come in and let her know what happened, I did that the next day and she said it would be addressed and that I can see another Dr. I decided to see the other dr to proceed to get the partial adjusted and he tells me it was going to be 350.00 to adjust it!!! I was done with this place by then, I couldn't believe it!! I paid to have that done including adjusting it. they are very rude and did not want to help me at all, as soon as the were paid 1,200.00 they could care less. They never did anything to help. I wasn't going to write a review but once I started hearing others opinions I decided I had such a horrible devastating experience that I was not going to let this go by unnoticed. do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a tooth break and a filling come out while on vacation. They got me in the same day I got home. And we're able to treat me on the spot. Dr Curtis was awesome. Very kind and compassionate. They are a bit pricy but for the quality of service I find it to be incomparable.
I went in to have a tooth extracted. The pain was very unbearable. Dr. Walters did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and his assistant was incredibly cheerful and nice. Dr. Walters made sure I felt absolutely nothing and the procedure took almost no time at all. I also did not have any complications afterwards due to the advice him and the rest of the staff gave me. They answered all of my questions and were outstanding in making sure I was happy before I left. I would highly recommend All Smiles to anyone who brings up that they are looking for a dentist.
