The office staff is so sweet and they took the time to explain everything to me. The office was so clean and the young lady at the front desk offered me something to drink and it was a very nice environment. The young lady who took me back was very nice and comforting and explained to me it wouldn't be painful at all since I'm really scared to go to a dentist. The experience was amazing and the girls are wonderful!!! The procedure was quick and painless!!!
I was given an appointment for a cleaning on 7/5/2017. When I arrived, I was told the hygienist was on vacation. After meeting with the Dentist, I was informed that I needed a crown and a bridge and I agreed to have that done. When the temporary bridge came out on 7/16, I called the office to make an appointment to have it glued back in. I was given an appointment on 7/21 to see the dental tech to have the bridge reglued, because, this time the entire office was on vacation and the tech needed to be called in from her vacation. When I accidentally swallowed the bridge the evening of 7/20, I called the office's "emergency" number on 7/20. I have not yet heard back from the office after calling to explain my dilemma earlier this morning (7/21). In my case, at least, Dentistry by Design doesn't even deserve a "1" rating, but I wanted to get this information out before anyone else is victimized by their inability to handle emergency situations at all, to date.
As a patient, I would like to let know others how professional and kind is everyone in this practice. I know it is hard to find a good dentist, I did a research and tried a few but I never felt completely satisfied until I found Dentistry by Desing. Their brand new office in Jupiter is amazing! I love Dr. Boscio's job and the way she treats people.
This is an amazing place, I have always been scared of dentist, but this place made me feel so comfortable that I can have anything done. The drs and staff are wonderful. I recommend this place to anybody who is ready for good work and and wonderful staff.
Don't go here. Wife had root canal improperly done in PSL, they failed to correct after repeated visits. Retreat at endodontics $2000 revealed nerve roots not removed. No response from DBD to resolve. Total incompetance. Don't deserve any stars.
