Good place!! They will work out a deal with you and stick to their end. First class service all the way. I bought a 5000 dollar unit with them. Inside and out attic job. Very professional. They even wear “booties” when they come into your home. Highly recommend!!
Great experience! Dan, the technician, was on time, professional, knowlegable, personable and explained everything in easy to understand terms. Fixed the problem quickly and I also signed up for a service agreement so he will come out every 6 months to check on the ac operation. Elite also answered my call last night after normal business hours and set up the appointment for 8:00 this morning. Super company to do business with.
We found Elite on Home Advisor and called them. Their reputation for excellent customer service started with the call. We spoke to a few very friendly people who set up our initial appointment and then the morning of the appointment called to let us know when the technician was arriving. Tom Payton was our service technician and did a wonderful job! He stopped in on time, conducted a survey of our electrical problems and repaired them as fast as he could. Some of the problems were in fact, a tripped circuit breaker which we had overlooked (Pilot error) and Tom was kind enough to avoid making me feel foolish hehehe.
Nice guys. Efficient, but sociable also. Very interested in making the customer happy. Would like to see them return for future assistance for things electrical or heating/cooling. Thanks to Ryan and Ben.
David came when I bought my house and then when I needed my unit repairs. Really good guy exaplined everything to me showed me everything he was doing and was all around a great guy. Elite has been a really great company to use!
