Amazing quality work and excellent customer relations throughout the process.
Grande Construction built ,an addition to our garage and it is beautiful. We wanted to add on to our existing garage but we wanted it to look like it was built with the house. Greg & Ron drew up plans and we proceeded with the addition. We were beyond pleased! Everything was perfection before, during and after the build. Their subcontractors were the best.
In the fall of 2016 we had Grande back to open up our lanai to the pool area. Again....perfection. We now have a room that we can enjoy all year.
NO INTEGRITY! Earlier this year, my parents who are senior citizens met with Greg Oldakowski, his father Ron, and Bruce Bonilla, a real estate agent for REMAX, for the purpose of building a home. My parents told Greg about a builder that stole $100,000 from them who had a previous history of construction fraud, so they were worried as this was their life's savings (they are retired) and that they were reluctant to build again. Greg stuck out his hand at the initial meeting and said "Trust me!" My parents then signed a contract with Greg Oldakowski of Grande Construction of Florida, Inc. and provided a $10,000 deposit to build a model home with an additional 1200 square foot pool house. The plans were finalized and my mother was told by Greg Oldakowski that nothing could be started because he was "waiting for the HOA approval." Ironically, my mother had met the head of the HOA the week before while viewing the lot and thought she would make a phone call to expedite the approval process. When she contacted the head of the HOA, he informed her that no house plans had been submitted by Grande Construction of Florida, Inc. and further investigation revealed no house plans had ever been submitted to the county for approval. My mother contacted Greg Oldakowski to verbalize her concerns regarding the information she had learned, at which time Greg Oldakowski became angry and accused my mother of "checking up" on him and talked to my mom in a manner that no one's mother should be talked to. Greg Oldakowski then proceeded to tell her that it "was best they part ways" and "I will give you your money back." Although that never happened! Grande Construction of Florida, Inc. spent roughly $1500 dollars on lot preparation (which was not performed correctly as admitted by the surveying company) and conveniently the architecture bill came to $8,500 dollars (no receipt provided) and yet no plans were ever provided. Now my parents are out $10,000 with a worthless survey, no plans and no house. BUYER BEWARE!
We highly recommend Grande.
