Called on Tue after hurricane Irma after we discovered a leakage in our shingle roof. Spoke to Richard and his assistant who came out the following day to give a fair estimate for cost of repairs. Next day, 3 guys showed up, all extremely professional and fixed the damages. Prior owner had attempted to mask an old issue, but thanks to Richard and his crew at Andy the Roofer, we finally got peace of mind that the job is done correctly by a licensed and insured roofer. We had roof damage to our ridge vents and cap shingles from Hurricane Irma. Richard called me back when he said he would and gave us an estimate the next day. His crew members arrived as scheduled and were very courteous, worked efficiently and did a great clean-up after the job was completed. Well I have to say I have to give this company alot of credit, they responded within a few day of me placing my call . Richard came out for the estimate , considering at least 5 people called him in the process of my estimate, he was very brief considering the situation but got me written up and today I can say his repair crew showed p 2 days later and got the job done. The employees were very considerate and did a nice job , removed the debris, fixed the roof. I took the time to speak with one of the guys and he told me they were working from dawn to dusk to try to help everyone they can! Would highly recommend, if you can't set up an appointment right away, try again it's worth the wait.
