All in All very glad to have found them, I hope to never need them again of course but it was a nice change to find a company that showed up when they said and had someone doing the work that cared about how he did it and not just finishing.
He took time to explain how the damage occurred where the two roofs came together at opposing angles and why the water pooled and could not drain. This helped me feel better that they were not just repairing the damage but solving the problem that led to it in the first place.
I called Treasure Coast Roofing to fix a badly rotted corner of my roof. The estimator (Michael) came out the next day, inspected the area from the outside, the attic and then thoroughly inspected the entire roof and assured me that other than the area of damage it was in great shape.
They confirmed the appointment the day before and arrived first thing in the morning. The serviceman (Will) was very knowledgeable and also took the time to explain how he was taking care of the cause of the problem. He also walked around the entire house telling me how to spot early warning signs so I could prevent the damage getting so severe if any other areas should have problems. (The entire fascia board had rotted out and fallen down exposing the area of damage in this instance. It had all been occurring out of sight, but now I know the warning signs).
He gave me a written quote and the pictures from his inspection and scheduled me for a week later. I normally think this stuff over but I had a comfortable feeling after how well he explained everything.
DO NOT USE THEM! I bought my house 3 years ago. They had fixed a small leak. It soon leaked again within 2 feet of the repair. They said it was a new leak. It was not...It is the 3rd year, and they repeatedly sent people out to fix it and each time it was worse. The owner apologized and he fired the guy who kept getting high and would forget to bring out the right materials. They sent out a new young guy who was just learning. He was suppose to be supervised since he was new. He made it worse. It still isn't fixed and my cement tile roof was only 14 years old when they first started. RUN FROM THEM.
