This is the worst publix location for deli experience and service. The staff is slow and even when there are no other customers in line, you have to prompt them to serve you. The online ordering process is horrible at this location because the staff doesn't know what options are available and continually makes the items incorrectly. The sandwich I ordered today was the worst one yet! It was a hot sandwich which was given to me cold and on the wrong bread and without the listed toppings I ordered. It looked like someone pulled it out of their personal lunch box and threw it in a bag. It was poorly wrapped and soggy despite picking it up within 10 minutes of placing the order. There were no sauces, so it begs the question...."where the soggyness came from" We will drive to a further publix from now on just to avoid this particular deli staff. Unbelievable that Publix would allow such bad service when they are supposed to be the gold standard for excellence in customer care.

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give you all of them! Thank you so much for being open and stocked after Hurricane Irma. As a mom, there is nothing more important to me than keeping my crew fed and after being cooped up for 2 days, eating snacks and non-perishables, we were all ready for a hot meal. The smell of the fresh bakery bread was so calming to my frazzled nerves. Thank you for being there for our community!
Had signs if you buy soft ceaser dog food get a bag of hard food free. They had the big bags of hard dog food but not the bags for the sale. Customer service was not nice about honoring it because its a coupon. Oh well, so sad.
Deli is the slowest ever even when there are no customers. The deli staff likes to look busy just to avoid any customer interaction. My wait time was 20 mins before I approached the deli mgr who acknowledged her staff had issues. Paul, Valerie and Jeremiah all need to be replaced. They don't know what the meat look like, the item look up numbers and lack customer service skills.
