Last week ordered subs online went to the store and was told I was early, 5 minutes earlier, and subs were not prepared. I then continued to shop came back after the original time and still not prepared. I was then handed one sub and the other was no where to be found. When I asked for the other sub she had no idea what I was asking for. I showed her the confirmation email for two subs and given nothing but excuses. The deli department stinks. She was more concerned that she would be late to lunch instead of waiting on the customer. If I could give you 0 stars I would.
Store is small to me..but the staff is nice. Fresh produce and bakery goods. I have not had a bad experience here.
It's nice to see familiar faces when I shop. Barbara was the cashier. She's always pleasant and makes her customers feel at home. The young lady who bagged my groceries was wonderful also. She was so attentive! My visit was about 1120 on June 22.
went shopping at this location i shop here frequently and never had a bad expiernece until this evening. I was looking for an item that was not on the shelf I went to ask the first person I saw which happen to be the grocery manager Trevin if they had any more of th available product his response rudely was NO IF ITS NOT ON THE SHELF WE DO NOT HAVE ANY. I walked away and approached a gentleman working in produce David asked him for same product he stopped what he was doing went to back and found the item I was needing and in a quanity of 10 as needed in stock in the back. I was so thankful for David as he went above and beyond very friendly and helpful. As for the one who is suppose to be a Grocery Manager did not even bother to look just flat out told me NO!! its sad the type of managament is selected to supposedly assist customers. If i do make a return I can only pray i dont have to deal with his unpleasant self.
Best employees ever . I think alot of stores could learn alot from these employees. Especially after the hurricane everybody is stressed and these employees still put on a smile and they treat you with the utmost respect especially the lovely ladies in the deli thank you.
Corporate could learn a lot from observing these 2 employees! Customer service was the main principle upon what Publix was founded.
