I was publicly humiliated because of sand in the car. The worst customer service. The staff have a nasty attitude. Also she demanded next time I need to have the car cleaned before returning it to this site. There will never be a next time.
They didn't clean the car when I picked it up this week. I was in a hurry, so didn't have time to say anything. I ended up wiping it down and vacuuming this week, so my family wasn't riding in filth.
From my experiences, the staff has always gone above and beyond to help get me on the road as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately, unlike airport locations, it seems the local franchises don't get the love from corporate that they should and often leave them short of cars and don't provide them the latest technology. My advice, book early and book direct, most of the issues I have seen while waiting in line have been because of last minute and/or 3rd party bookings. I come here frequently and have gotten to know and appreciate the hardworking staff over the last few years. I travel frequently for business and mostly do one ways to and from PBI; and renting here is so much easier (and cheeper) than a cab, uber or parking.
I wouldn't even give them one star!! I prepaid for my rental and when I got to Avis they told me they didn't have anymore cars. They sent me to another one of their locations just to get the door closed in my face because they were closing in 3minutes. My trip was ruined! I rescheduled my trip came back 2 weeks later and the same thing happened there was also someone in the other line complaining about the same thing! Horrible service on top of the rude staff!! Rent from enterprise I have never had any issues with them !
I had a terrible experience this morning at this business. I booked a car for pickup at 11am and had a confirmation email for this location. I took an Uber from my hotel which cost me $20. Upon arriving the staff was being yelled at by another customer for unexpected charges. Once my turn came I was told there were no cars left for me. I asked for an explanation and Tom got very rude and refused to offer any real explanation or help other than continuing to tell me that I didn't call to confirm so it was my fault. Don't use this place . Enterprise will come pick you up... literally on the way to enterprise and they picked me up. Tried to call Avis to report my experience to customer service and sat on hold for 20 minutes before giving up.
