Booked a reservation online to pick up a car at 7:30 am, got up extra early to make sure I was there in time after dropping my son off from school, manager calls me around 7:15 that they don’t have the car that I needed. Said I’d get a call back shortly after they got the car... fast forward to 3:30 still no call, I needed this car before I went into work and was willing to leave work a little early to pick it up, I call and they tell me I never had a reservation, when I have the email to confirm it and the manager called me that same morning to tell me that they would call me when the car was in. I was told they’d call me back after speaking with the manager, no call was received. Waste of a day for me, completely ruined my plans and made it super inconvenient for me to get my car fixed. Horrible experience! Would give them 0 stars if I could. I’ll make sure to go hertz on my next rental.

Adam and Robert are outstanding employees, their attention to detail and customer service is what keeps me going to Enterprise Rental. Will rent here again definitely. Forgot to mention I have been here twice and on both occasions it was the same outstanding service.
Worst enterprise ever, customers service is bad.. Car variety limited and short staffed. But Melissa was great, helpful, highly professional, and well composed and quickly change the experience for me.
I've always rent from Enterprise. I even love that they have a new location that's closing to me than before. Adam and Robert at the new location are so helpful. Adam is very helpful and knowledgeable, he always gets me in and out so fast. Robert with his bright smile to great you and to assist you in anyway. Even when I didn't reserve to be dropped off after I return the rental car he went above and beyond to make sure that I got home when waiting on my husband. Overall they are a great crew and always a pleasure renting from those two who always makes me laugh from the time I step in the door to when they call me just to check if everything is okay. Most definitely will use there service again. It wold be GREAT to have $9.99 weekend specials at leat once a month just saying.
