This was the third time in the last 2 months that this location has had rude and aggresive staff. This location doesnt follow any policy or practices if the actual Budget/Avis company. Rogue assholes. Avoid this place.
The gentleman couldn't have been more unhelpful or put off if he tried. I'll pay more for better service elsewhere.
Standing at the counter with a reservation and we're told that rentals need 24hr advance notice. The rep explains you should always call the location following making reservations to confirm that they have your resevation and the type of car you reserved. He was explaining this because we were trying to pick up the car we reserved and they didnt have that car in stock...or any cars.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced with a rental car. They would not drop the car off, because apparently theyre too busy to do so. We take an Uber over and they won't come to the door. Instead 2 men yell from the counter they open late for the holiday. Then why did you tell us we could come now to pick up the car? Why did you tell us you the same thing on Sat? Why did you say you were busy, but actually closed. Did someone come to work late? Do you just not feel like working while I'm stuck outside in the sun sweating? No apologies. No effort to make it right. I'm disgusted.
Went to pick up my reservation and was told that my credit score was too low! If I would have known that I wouldn't have waisted my time with this company since noon e mentioned a credit score when I booked it on the phone. Called costumer service and was put on hold for 10 minutes before being transferred to a supervisor to be told there was nothing he could do! No good. Went to enterpr5and had a better experience.
I recommend that no one ever comes here.
I wish I could write a review without giving a start at all. Guy at the front desk was just full of attitude and honestly was a total ass to not only me but my boss when they called. I wish I didn't need a car from here but I'm stuck and this is my only option. Honestly I feel of you don't like your job maybe you should find a new one. I came here so you can keep a customer and that's how I get treated...
