Be careful - not only is customer service terrible, they will charge a 99.00, hourly rate for a job they know they can't do. No courtesy estimates. Office staff from the top down are rude. If you plan on using a credit card they will charge you for their costs of paying with same.
They over charge you on parts and labor. We were bringing 5 company vehicles to them for about a year, till we figured out they were overcharging us 3×the amount of the parts. When it was brought to thirsty attention they fumbled with this words ,Ceaser toldme they were getting a part from Cold Air with a lifetime warranty that is why the part was so much money. So I did my research with cold air (we have an account with them ) cold air they do not give out lifetime warranties. Then after seeing they were charging me for 4 hrs of labor to do the repair when I looked in the ALDATA repair book that the mechanics use it was only a 2 hr job. I wouldn't be surprised if they are getting thier parts from a junk yard. We also had a Transmission rebuilt in another vehicle, and we have had nothing but problems with it as soon as we left the shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Anyone can say they are a mechanic as long as they have a wrench.
I brought in my Ford Explorer just to have my drivers side rear bearings changed. The manager stated that my whole suspension was destroyed and because of my car and needs parts shipped from Tennessee because they were not available in Florida! He stated that the total cost will be $1700 to repair! I then took my car to another shop on SW Biltmore Street and it only cost $175 to change my bearings! STAY CLEAR OF THIS REPAIR SHOP!!
