Dr. Chiong is amazing. He has a very personal touch and seems to deeply care about his patients. The rest of the staff there is fantastic as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!
ZERO STARS!!!! OFFICE MISDIAGNOSED MY 2 YEAR OLD SO THEY COULD GIVE HIM MORE MEDICINE JUST TO BILL INSURANCE. AND WHEN I WOULDN'T COME BACK IN (AFTER TELLING THEM WHY, AND LETTING THEM KNOW I WAS USING THE ER UNTIL I COULD FIND A NEW PEDIATRICIAN), THEY CALLED DCF ON ME FOR NOT COMING BACK BECAUSE I WOULD NOT LET THEM CONTINUE TO GIVE MY SON PAINFUL UNNECESSARY INJECTIONS. DOCTOR ALSO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A SICK, SUFFERING CHILD!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE EVER EVER EVER!!!!
The offices are kept very clean and they have TV's playing children's movies in the waiting room. The staff is extremely helpfull and truly take the time to make sure that you are satisfied with you visit.
