What a fun store to shop in! You never know what you're going to find here. The staff is helpful and friendly without being even slightly pushy. They help if you want, and let you shop on your own if you want. The first time I went here I found a brand new turntable for $20. I looked up that model and found they sell new for $100! A few days ago I stopped in just to see what they had and walked out with an ice cream maker. It was brand new in the box, and I paid less than half what they sell for in the stores. We made our first batch today, it works great.

I pawned a ring 18k gold and white gold engraving with a diamond my father gave to me years ago, they said "$125" i told them that's white/gold with a diamond on it, are you serious? His reply was that it's just not s good year. I went through with it, called a couple months later to see if they had it because I wanted to buy it back. The guy says he'll look for it and call me back. He calls back and says they had it now at $425 -and the guy that told me it's worth $125 didn't know what he was talking about and no longer works here. He's a fat guy. He said he'd sell it back to be for $240 lol! I told him damn you guys screwed me over haha. He said nahhhhh, we didn't, do you want it or not like a cocky prick. I'll never bring anything there from now on. Instead of apologizing and giving me a fair price to what they got it from me, they overcharge me. Well I guess they hire inexperienced people to judge and estimate gold rings with diamonds. I wonder how many people they did that to. If you want to make things right you have my name and number on file. I'm sure that ring is still stuck with you guys.
Staff is not very knowledgeable. I Brought in a 14K Gold Chain And Bracelet, after the girl "tested" it on their jewelry stone, she could not tell it was real. She then called in someone else, who also used the same stone to test it. Stone was very dirty and therefore not able to give an accurate test. After calling the branch manager in Stuart, they passed up on buying the chain and bracelet. I then went to a different pawn shop, that had a high quality jewelry testing gun, to find out that my chain and bracelet was in fact 14K and was bought on the spot at $26 per pennyweight. Staff was totally clueless at Colorado Pawn, based on their other reviews they are only getting worse.
