Is there a possible way to give this place 10 stars?!
I went the store recently and the service was horrible. When I walked in all of the jewelers we helping other customers. No one greeted me when I walked in, and as the jewelers finished helping their customers no one asked who was next. They began greeting other customers, and never asked me why I entered the store in the first place. I will NEVER step foot in that place again. Take your business where it is appreciated, and it is not this place.
As far as the jewelry is concerned, they were able to help me find the most beautiful engagement ring within my price limitation. It was the one place that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantaged of or handled. Everything was professional from picking sizes to checking all the aspects of the diamond on the engagement ring.
As someone who works in servicing customers on a daily basis, let me just state every person I've talked to at Jay's Fine Jewelry were welcoming, extremely helpful and had great recommendations. Jay, himself, even showed face value to help when he could.
Very poor service. Lady was very rude that worked there. I had a simple question and she was rude. I have written two reviews ever so it takes a lot for me to take it this far. Take your business elsewhere. I didn't even purchase just asked questions and had a bad experience.
I wanted to take the time to say Thank you to Doris and Jay's Fine Jewlers. I moved from up north and had some nice pieces of jewelry that I wanted to have checked. The prong of my ring felt rough. I just got my rings back and they are gorgeous!!! I can't thank you enough for bringing my rings back to life!! Amazing customer service and excellent workmanship on my repair.
