My fiancé purchased my ring here last year with a huge help from Heather. She has been awesome ever since, we replaced the setting and she was beyond helpful, once again. I have purchased in this location several times and the first time I tried to exchange something I was treated like trash ! I was told the santa bucks was a gimmick and I couldn't use on a exchange ! Very discusseded at the way the manager handled the situation I will never go to this location ever !
