First Choice is terrific! They were prompt to respond to our need for a new hot water heater. Ariana the customer service rep could tell I was anxious to get hot water and was able to arrange for the instillation right away. The technicians that did the work- Joe and his partner were great. They installed the new tank and provided us with all the necessary info. They were right on time and did a great job. Should the need arrive for any plumbing issues they are certainly the ones to call.

Had a back-up at my home late afternoon yesterday afternoon. Called First Choice. Owner Joe Duran and his assistant Gabe were on it quickly. Problem resolved. I recommend First Choice often to friends and customers, as they are professional, responsive and always have the right tools at hand to complete the job.
Water Heater was 14 years old and showing its age. I made a call before noon to First Choice based exclusively on the online reviews. Tech was scheduled for 3 to 4 pm to troubleshoot/repair/replace as needed. "Joe" showed up at around 3 ish. As suspected by me and confirmed by "Joe" the tank was leaking. It was actually leaking so bad from the top of tank that it was running onto electronics and popping the circuit breaker. There was evidence of sparking and burning on tank insulation. "Joe" provided me with a cost for same size WH replacement (55 gallon) as well as adding hot water recirculation pump. Although it was not "cheap" it was what I believe a fair price and not "overpriced". Thinking the work would be done the following day, "Joe" said he could get the work done "today". This was a surprise to me. Within 3 hours from arrival, all work was completed by "Joe" and "David" to my satisfaction. I don't believe you'll be unsatisfied with the use of this company. PWM III
I'm thinking the technician I got, Gabe Vargas, could probably work at NASA as he was clearly very smart, detail-oriented, and even friendly. He got the job done efficiently and quickly. He then spent some time giving me a lesson on tubing, routing... basically a small college course of suggestions to help me on the project I was working on. Of course, I followed his every suggestion and my project was complete and running perfectly the very next day. I'm a business owner and have experience with delays and incompetence with contracting plumbers. I can say with confidence that these will be the guys I call everytime for both my home and businesses.
