Dennis came out within an hour for a non-emergency call. He was here just over 30 minutes and did a perfect job. He was very courteous and gave me a quote that was 1/2 the price of a competitor. We used Roto Rooter before, and will again, with no question.
They come out to your place fast and get it done in a timely manner. They have don't over charge you for service it is very affordable and customer service is untouchable. This is the second time I have used them one for a rental and now for a house I just purchased and I will contuine to call them.
Dennis was awesome! Arrived on time after booking the night before. He was super nice and showed and explained what he was doing as well as cost. Im fighting cancer so every dollar counts . I dont feel he took advantage of me being a woman like some places do. He cleaned up really well too, unlike other plumbers in the past . No extra charge for holiday weekend is also a plus.
