Just got done meeting Mr. Martin Carpenter. What a pleasure to do business with! Had a situation with an overflow in one of my bathrooms and Mr. Carpenter and his apprentice saved the day. Very hard to find a trustworthy and hard working small business owner. Even went the extra mile and surveyed the drain pipe with a camera after the fact. I will recommend him and his company to anyone that needs work done. You will not go wrong in Choosing "I Need The Plumber & AC"!
As I wasn't pressed for time, I asked for the "at their convenience" service. They called me about an hour before they were going to be in my area. Told me the name of the plumber that was coming and approximately their arrival time, which made me feel much more comfortable when they arrived. The guys showed up at the time expected, reviewed my problem and gave me three choices for fixing it. Their charges were reasonable, they knew what they were doing and they did a great job. They also addressed a couple additional items while they were there without charging extra. Overall, great service, I would highly recommend. Thank you Sam and Martin.

I Need the Plumber is a very professional company. Always on time and quick if we need them after hours. Being new to Florida, my daughter and I were not sure who to call when we had a shower leak. My daughter saw their truck one day. Angie’s List gave I Need the Plumber good reviews and we called them. They do very good work and we like that they use copper pipe.
