Daughter had a culture taken. A week later received a call that doctor needed to see me. I dropped everything and ran. When I arrived they asked for a $75 copay. My response was "you contacted me to come here".

A family member has serious medical condition(s) that takes for ever when we go to a new Doctor to explain everything since a prescription had run out. We went to CareNow and met Dr. Demasi and Mark, hands down the best treatment ever!! Quick waiting room, understanding and compassionate crew, never even had to go to the pharmacy until pick up, they did it for us (more valuable than you can imagine in this situation). I cant say what the condition is on here, but I will say we will go back to them again and again, they were so professional and checked up on us the next day. Thank you more than you will ever know Dr. Demasi and Mark :)
Staff inconsiderate and not very polite!
I understand that these types of places have a long wait time. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen, for something that took about 15 minutes to do. Ok whatever that's fine, but the condescending manner in which Doctor McGinn spoke to me was not professional. She is a doctor to help people, and listen to our problems. When I offered a suggestion to her because I have gone through my condition in the past...she immediately got defensive, and talked down to me. I got injured at work, and was in a lot of pain..she did not seem to care and just moved onto the next patient. I'd say look elsewhere for services! I would like to add that the staff, and assistants were friendly.

So I received a message after posting my review that said I should contact Gabe to discuss my experience and I decided to do that. Needless to say, that didn’t go well at all!!! First, I was told to hold on and then I was told he would not be back until sometime next week. That was after I asked “ do you have a Gabe there” and the person responds “ not personally but he works here!!” DONE!!!!!
1) starting a sentence with "I don't mean to b rude" to someone who doesn't feel good will always make the sentence sound rude
Was referred by our Chiropractor. We read the reviews & were a little concerned but went anyways. Was greeted by friendly staff, was seen quickly & the doctor & nurse treated us very well. Would recommend any of my family & friends to go here.
Well the doctor could have told me the information over the phone instead of me thinking my daughter was dying!!!! $75 later he just looked at her arm and said it looks good. End of visit!!!! Never again.
