No one knows what’s going on. You wait at least two hours every time. It’s literally insane when I’m here for a birth control shot. It’s now 4:42 and suppose to close at 5. Still haven’t gone to the back
This is the only OBGYN in the area that accepts my insurance (tricare). I love the nurses, and DR. Z. However, the rest of the doctors and mid wives are all on completely different pages when it comes to what should or should not be done at specific appointments. Those same doctors also don't seem to read your chart before coming in to see you, and make you take extra tests because other doctors had you take the test "too soon". I have had a horrible experience, and was even told to go to a specialist because our baby is "small" and have had to drive over an hour to go to one. The doctor that referred me to the specialists saw me about two months later and asked why I was seeing a specialists, and then tried to get me to take the glucose test again, which I then had to take again anyways because another doctor had me take it again as well. This place is all over the place. I get why they want you to see all of the on call doctors or midwives throughout your appointments but I would of rather saw one doctor regardless if they are the ones who will be delivering our daughter or not. I do not recommend going here unless you really have to. Again, the nurses are extremely nice and so helpful, it's like they completely understand your frustration. I've tried finding another doctors office earlier on in the pregnancy but because of tricare, there is no other doctor in the area.
HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE, they are VERY unprofessional especially the receptionist, she was very rude and uneducated. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere, where they actually know what they're doing.
This place is absolutely ridiculous! Went there once and for sure wont be going back ever! After waiting for hours they said they were to busy and needed to reschedule my appointment. Then decided they had to see me that day because i was 13weeks. They are all over the place all on different pages no one knos whats going on. And they are very veru rude omg
