I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours including stays. The staff was very professional, friendly and fast.
Staff great facility great. Expertise only average, billing same as all other places terrible. Better than a urge care place but still same problems as most hospitals
Always pleasant and professional. I unfortunately have multiple medical problems so I end up here a lot. Never waited more than 15 min.
Doctor has PA's working under him that are awesome! Like most Dr offices it's a hurry up and wait kind of place. However, that being said testing is done within same building, which is nice no running all over county. ER is VERY efficient and clean. They even transport to area hospitals when needed.
Anyway my son fell hit his head. Nurse Jennifer came in and started with the questions she was very nice. But then Nurse Eddie came in, he was great he made my son feel comfortable, he put cartoons on for him and joked around with him. ( he would be a great Pediatric Doctor) Anyway he made David laugh and smile. Dr Nadia came in and did the exam she was also very nice and great with him. After Davids CT scan and everything came out fine, Nurse Eddie came in and checked on him. I am very please with the service I received today.
Thank you so much to all the staff and especially the Nurses and Doctors, in sure the ER is not an easy place to work. Thank you for working long hours to save lives and help people.
I have been to this ER a couple times the staff is always courteous and makes you feel welcomed. (Thank nurse Barbara :))We came at a great time when no one was there so David got the attention of two nurses plus the doctor. They took their time with him since it wasn't busy we didn't feel rushed. Anyway on today's visit for my seven year old who fell in the bathroom and hit his head, I met nurse Jennifer, Nurse Eddie and Dr Nadia . Sorry don't know their last names.
