They were very kind and good to my cat and dog. Prices are reasonable. :-)
I took my pet as an emergency because he got a huge swelling red lump on his leg at night. I wanted to make sure it is not a spider bite that can be life threatening. They told me that they too busy to take my dog in right away, just few hours later they can give me an appointment. I asked the nurse to have the dr just like at it a few sec to see if it is a bite. She has no time. I said what if the dog dies in few hours from the poison because dr does not check him on time. They said "THAT WONT NE THEIR FAULT" wow I guess this dr give a sh... about pets but money. DO NOT GO THERE
We switched to this practice after getting tired of being treated like a number at Banfield Pet Hospital. Everyone at Animal Health Center of PSL is great. They take the time to get to know you and your pet, and I've never had trouble getting an appointment time.
We brought Petey in today to see Dr Hall. I must say we were hesitant because we have been seeing Dr Fisher for years and we love her. But Dr Hall was wonderful and Petey responded very well to him. He answered our questions and more. Also we could not say enough on how much we love the staff and of course we just adore Ashley.
The love and compassion shared by Mr Pixies vets office is incredible. Thanks to Dr Hall, Ashley & Melanie to try and do everything possible to help save my old guy.
