Friendly staff, clean store. Good selections and decent prices.
The store would have not been affected At All by this transaction. At the end of the day they would still have every cent of the money that this transaction, I wasn't trying to scam anyone out of money or get cash for anything. I just wanted my dog to have the food and treats that I am sure she can eat without getting sick. I I explained this to them and still they were very rude and wouldn't budge.
Walking into the door I told the girl at the register my situation. She was immediately annoyed and was very rude to me. I told her that I called in to talk to someone about this. She said she would have to go get a manager. Once the manager arrived she too said she'd have to go get the store manager. When the store manager came he was blunt and unaccommodating. I asked him if he could even exchange 5 cans just to make up a number that would be small. Because at first he wasn't even going to do one. I then decided to just leave and donate it all to the Humane Society because of this rude treatment.
I just visited this location moments ago. When my aunt came down from Chicago she bought my new dog a large amount of food and other treats without first asking me what my dog is and is not allergic to. Now I have tested a couple of things on my dog and she's very sensitive anything gives her bad diarrhea. So I went to the store intending to exchange the food. I started off with calling them and they confirm that yes I could exchange the food and whatever money would be left over from the transaction could be on a store credit, which I intended to spend at this location today. Unfortunately I do not have the receipt because my aunt lives in Chicago and I'm pretty sure she has it with her or lost it by now.
Very convenient, but wish they would Carry more filter options for salt water sumps.... I usually end up just driving to slw
I traveled out of my way to come to this location. I was treated rudely and got no help at the end of the day. They really need to work on their customer service at this location because I would absolutely not recommend this store to anyone. Go to Petco in St Lucie West instead.
Good location, plenty of parking. Watch your step though & your pets steps. Grass areas in parking lot full of dog poop.
Nice people, but the prices are outrageous . I'm done shopping there
