Usually, the 24 hour vet places are pretty slammed with customers and neglect the niceties of courtesy. These guys managed to deal with all the critters from hurricane Irma, and offer me sympathy and empathy for having to say goodbye to my fuzzy friend. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Can't think of anything bad if I tried!
A very nice full service facility. To have a kind and competent staff all around is fantastic. We used the 24hr Vet and were very pleased with the front office staff, Dr and treatment. We have since brought our our pet for grooming and are looking to use them as our primary vet as well. Additionally, the cost for service is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
Very lucky to find this 24 hour facility! After my epileptic dog had two seizures in one weekend, she needed to be seen immediately. Staff was very informative and understanding. The building is very clean and just pretty much awesome with everything they have dedicated to just dogs.(They do see other animals as well. 24 hours a day, seven days a week!) Erika loves this place and can't wait to possibly spend a few days in their boarding/doggy daycare soon. C: I highly recommend this place for anyone with a pet that might need emergency care from time to time.
They saved our dogs life after a misdiagnosis at Kindness. He needed emergency surgery and a hospital stay and we dealt with several vets and techs. Everyone kept us updated and was friendly and professional. They held to the estimate we were given, even though the actual cost was more. We have changed to them as our permanent vet and cannot express how much we appreciate ALL of their wonderful care for our furbaby!
I have taken my Furry child here for emergency purposes and routine care probably 10 or 11 times. I boarded my little one twice and we have seen 4 of the Doctors. Based on all of my experiences, I would highly recommend this practice. I believe a lot of thought went into the design of this facility with features like double doors to both entries, two separated waiting areas, doggie cams in the boarding rooms, which I LOVE. I don't believe any other local boarding facilities have cameras IN the room so you can see your pooch. Also, when answering the phone they will ask if this is an emergency before putting you on hold if they need to put you on hold. This is great because they are really a 911 for pet emergencies. We have had to have dental surgery done twice for abscessed teeth. They called to let us know what they found and to discuss how to proceed. They also called us the following day after a procedure to check on my pooch, who has done well both times. The Doctors and staff have always been very thoughtful and caring. We have never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes at the most to be taken to a room. Usually it has been 5 or 10 minutes. I believe the fees are very reasonable compared to other veterinary offices I have visited. Even on an emergency basis I did not have to mortgage my house for care for my little one. I have friends who have also had very good experiences here. I love the peace of mind I get from knowing Veterinary Medical Center is there 24/7 and that they are well equipped to meet all our medical, grooming and boarding needs.
